What’s most important to you at work?

The people I work with—hands down! Creating great digital experiences, applying design systems effectively, and making an impact are all important, but the relationships and collaboration with my team matter most.

Where do you see room for growth in your skill set?

I set high standards for myself and my team, which can sometimes lead to taking on too much or over focusing on the details. Since I’m invested in the quality and impact of my work, I sometimes struggle with delegating certain aspects of projects. I counterbalance this by trusting my team, fostering collaboration, and continually refining processes to ensure efficiency without sacrificing excellence.
